106學年度起,教育部規劃推動「大學校院教師教學研究支持系統方案」,希望透過「教學實踐研究計畫」,補助個別教師,建立持續性的同儕審閱與輔導模式,推動專屬社群之建立與對話,累積教學研究案件之成果,已而建置成果發表平台及專業人才庫。透過不同任務之同步推展,積極鼓勵大專校院投入資源,協助大學教師增進教學能力,經由完整且優良之教案在課堂上的正式實施,提升教學品質,幫助學生增進知識學習的相關成效。
The Program aims to improve the teaching quality for teachers and realize the school management mission for schools; with supplementing effects, it combines with the Higher Education Sprout Project, prompting schools to focus on the development of school affairs and invest resources in the teaching scene; therefore, to efficiently connect teachers’ individual research and students’ learning cultivation, schools shall review the program proposed by teachers in the schools regarding the research program and course planning, and whether the direction for student cultivation is in line with the direction of the development of school affairs. Where necessary, the schools shall provide comprehensive teaching resources to support teachers' research, and in turn realize the transformation of teaching scene.
教育部自106年度推動教學實踐研究計畫,在教師們的努力下,累計多項耀眼的教學實踐成果,典範的教學模式也應運而生。同時,專案辦公室橫向連結區域基地學校,構築教師支持措施網絡,透過「成果交流平台」,彙整教學資源,完整呈現績優計畫的執行脈絡,達到分享交流、教學效能擴散之目的。
The Ministry of Education has promoted the teaching practice research program since 2017. With the efforts of instructors, a number of outstanding achievements of teaching practices have been accumulated, alongside the emergence of a teaching paradigms. At the same time, the project office has horizontally connected regional-based university bases across regions, built a network of teaching arrangement supports for instructors. Through the website for the exchange of achievements, we aggregate teaching resources, present thoroughly the conducting context of outstanding projects, and achieve the goals of sharing, exchanging and expanding teaching capacity.
《教學實踐研究》期刊為教育部教學實踐研究計畫專案辦公室發行之學術性期刊。作為教師支持措施之一,透過高等教育各類教學實務議題的研究分享,將促進教學品質與學生學習成效,並有助於提升大學教師在課程設計、教材教法、研究方法、成效評量、學生特質掌握等方面的專業素養,向改變教學實務現場的理想邁進。
The Journal of Scholarship of Teaching and Learning is an academic journal issued by Teaching Practice Research Project Office of MOE. As one of the supporting arrangements for instructors and through the research sharing of various teaching practice issues in higher education, the journal will promote the quality of teaching and the effectiveness of students' learning, improving the instructor’s expertise in curriculum design, teaching materials, research methods, effectiveness evaluation as well as the comprehension of student’s characteristics, thus moving towards the ideal of altering the fields for teaching practices.
